  • Lead by example, actively contributing to team projects and deliverables
  • Oversee daily operations and team performance
  • Apply hands-on expertise to solve technical challenges
  • Mentor and support team members to maximize their potential
  • Coordinate projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
  • Act as a point of contact for stakeholders and upper management
  • Implement best practices to improve workflow and efficiency
  • Manage the (Agile) ceremonies alongside the team.
  • Work closely with the Product team to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
  • Ensure the quality of the deliveries by implementing testing procedures, conducting regular code reviews, and maintaining high standards for code quality and performance
Qualifications:
  • Development experience in a senior level in Microsoft tech stack (C#, .NET Frameworks) and cloud experience with AWS.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role with a hands-on approach
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments
  • Passion for fostering teamwork and driving results
  • Proactively tackles challenges with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented mindset. Encourages a culture of resilience and continuous improvement.
  • Identifies and resolves obstacles that hinder team progress. Advocates for resources and process optimizations to enhance efficiency
