A historical landmark redefining elegance, sophistication and urban luxury, located in Centro Canalejas Madrid.After a careful restoration, Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, is hosting to 200 guest rooms including 39 suites, 22 luxury residences, four restaurants and bars including an expansive roof terrace, a cutting-edge Spa, stylish function spaces and luxury retail.The Role of In Room Dining Coordinator:The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for in room dining coordinators to join our team. This position is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The responsibilities for the position include:
  • Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen and coordinates delivery of items to the guest rooms by In-Room dining Servers.
  • Properly and accurately close guest checks; record guest charges and gratuities.
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
  • Must be able to efficiently take food and beverage orders and convey those to the kitchen in detail.
  • Should also be able to understand food allergies and simple beverage concepts.
Our Ideal In Room Dining coordinator will have:We are looking for individuals that strive for excellence and are highly motivated team players with strong communication and leadership skills.The ideal candidate will have prior Food & Beverage experience in a similar role and in a luxury resort/hotel setting.
