- Identify and develop new business opportunities with organisations new to Minderest, focusing on the strategic French market, as well as establishing corporate agreements with international groups with HQs based in France and Western Europe.
- Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, supporting them in addressing their critical priorities and driving fast sales growth.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, demonstrating a strong hunter mentality.
- Act as a strategic partner with C-level executives and senior managers in various organisations within an assigned territory.
- Convert viable prospects into active Minderest clients (members), leading the full sales conversation and negotiation, up to the transition of new clients to the account management team.
- Drive rapid business growth and demonstrate strong business acumen in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Grow the awareness of Minderest in the French market, where we already have clients among the top omnichannel retailers of the region.
- Create predictive and reliable sales forecasts to inform strategic decision-making and drive growth.
- Become an industry expert and own your territory.
- You are a French speaker.
- Proficient in English and Spanish.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development roles, preferably at the enterprise level.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong business acumen and ability to grow the business in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Familiarity with MEDDIC, consultative selling, go-to-market strategies, and strong experience in outbound techniques.
- Experience in B2B SaaS and tech environments.
- Previous experience in retail environments is highly valued.
- Proficiency in CRM software and automation workflows (preferably Hubspot).
- Skilled in Google Suite (Calendar, Meet, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Strong active listening and empathy skills.
- Adaptable and receptive to changes.
- Detail-oriented and efficient.
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools.
