- Participation in the development and execution of the digital marketing plan in the areas of user acquisition, lead generation, ecommerce and B2B in international markets
- Create, manage and analyze performance marketing campaigns in multi-country and multi-platform environments (Google, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc)
- Prepare and analyze global reports of the department and benchmark of the sector.
- Participate in defining projects related to digital advertising for lead generation and its execution.
- Quality control of the advertising material used
- Attend Digital Marketing events punctually and regularly to all meetings with the representatives of the advertising platforms with which we collaborate, with the aim of being up to date with developments.
- Collaborate with the necessary training of profiles with less experience in the department
- Give feedback on improvements at the level of web and mobile usability with a conversion objective in collaboration with the Product department
- Analytical skills, data driven, results oriented
- Openness to trying different options and strategies to obtain the best possible result and return based on risk/benefit ratios.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate correctly with other departments.
- Advanced English. Knowledge of French and/or Portuguese will be valued.
- Training in ADE, Economics, Online Marketing or similar.
- 1 to 3 years experience in digital advertising
- Advanced user certifications from Google and Facebook advertising platforms.
