To support our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic and rapidly growing B2B organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping businesses grow by owning the entire B2B sales cycle, contribute to our growth by opening accounts in the Nordics and benefiting from an attractive commission structure.Your mission:Prospecting: Identifying and qualifying potential clients to build your pipelineBusiness Development: Initiating contact with prospects through calls, LinkedIn, and emailConsultative Sales: Conducting in-depth needs assessments to identify customer pain points and present tailored solutionsAccount Management: Building and nurturing long-term relationships with new clientsCollaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goalsRequirements:A proven track record in B2B sales preferrable from IT or TechA self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeedExperience in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentThe ability to build rapport and trust with clientsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Norwegian and in English
