Acting as a bridge between the team and management, this role involves overseeing campaign implementation, monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing regular reporting. This position entails 70% operational execution and 30% management and coordination.Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the implementation and execution of paid social media campaigns.
- Monitoring campaign performance and identifying areas for optimization.
- Generating regular reports and dashboards for management and clients.
- Collaborating closely with the team to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Reviewing and assuring accurate campaign budgets and spending tracking.
- Ensuring adherence to best practices and platform guidelines.
- Contributing actively to the development of social media strategies.
- Identifying and implementing best practices and automation processes for operational efficiency.
- Mentoring and training junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
- At least 5 years of experience performing similar tasks in other marketing agencies or clients, focused on the execution and management of Paid Social Media campaigns.
- Previous experience overseeing execution on Social Platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and similar.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple simultaneous requests across projects.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a hands-on, proactive approach to tackling challenges.
- Strong analytical skills, with a knack for working with data and generating insights.
- Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and clients.
- Experience in project coordination and management, with a keen eye for detail.
- You have a C1 level of English, both spoken and written.
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Advertising, Marketing, or Economics.
