Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer support in Dutch and English through phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve issues related to product inquiries, order management, technical troubleshooting, and general customer service requests.
  • Assist customers in navigating products and services, handling changes, cancellations, and refunds as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, ensuring a positive experience and satisfaction.
  • Share insights and feedback on recurring customer issues to improve service quality and processes.
Requirements:
  • Fluent Dutch speaker with B2/C1 English proficiency.
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly.
