- Cultivate and leverage powerful business relationships with influential prospects.
- Innovate and execute strategic account plans to consistently exceed targets.
- Use creative and consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through the sales process effectively.
- Collaborate daily with diverse internal teams, including SDR's, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership teams.
- Drive the DACH Markets expansion for Factorial by understanding the landscape, developing new strategies, and establishing Factorial as the leading solution.

- Multilingual Mastery: Native in German and fluent in English.
- Valued Experience: At least one year of experience on a sales position.
