We'll give you all the training, cutting-edge technologies, and the continuing support you'll need to succeed.What you will do in this roleIn everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people - our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.As a Team Leader on our team, you will:- Team & Performance Management: Monitor and report team/individual performance, give regular feedback, conduct appraisals, manage disciplinary issues, suggest promotions, motivate staff, and control turnover
- Training & Development: Track training needs, support onboarding, provide technical/communication skill development, and delegate tasks to foster growth
- Recruitment & Staffing: Collaborate with HR on hiring, participate in interviews, request new hires when needed, and ensure backup coverage
- Customer & Client Relations: Maintain contact with customers, handle escalations and complaints, attend service-level reviews, and support in emergencies
- Operations & Organization: Distribute workload, define/update processes, manage internal tools, ensure procedures are followed, and resolve logistical issues
- Reporting & Quality: Collect, analyze, and share performance metrics, conduct quality checks, and propose improvements in bonuses, reporting, and procedures.Your qualificationsWe embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. - Minimum 6 months' experience as a senior agent (mentor) or agent, preferably within a project.- Strong leadership, people management, and team-building abilities.- Excellent communication and customer care skills.- Strong organizational and change management capacity.- Proficient in IT tools, particularly Excel.Don't meet every requirement?
