- Lead the “Commercial Internship Program”
- Relationship with universities including signature of agreements and participation in career fairs with universities
- Lead the recruiting process of interns including interview candidates
- Manage the onboarding process for new interns and onboarding day for employees. Prepare welcome and onboarding materials for new hires.
- Develop career path opportunities for interns in the company. Maintain regular contact with intern supervisors to evaluate performance, potential, and areas for improvement.
- Manage the document database that supports all internship agreements. Creation and execution of internship agreements (in contact with various universities and business schools)
- Lead the annual training plan for the Commercial team.
- Communicate and organize with external providers and internal trainers.
- Monitor and analyze all training courses included in the plan.
- Administer the Coty Academy platform to manage training activities.
- Manage training subsidies through FUNDAE.
- Identify improvement opportunities.
- Have a rampant passion for HR and 1 year of experience in intern/junior roles.
- Graduated of higher education studies (Business administration, Labor Relations, Management, Master’s in HR or similar) in the last 3 years.
- You have the possibility to sign a training contract linked to the professional placement
- Proactive, curious, and committed to delivering results.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Office Skills (Excel, Power Point)
- You will need to show strong ownership, autonomy, and discipline as well as excellent collaboration skills to succeed in this position.
