- Prepare and maintain alll the files necessary to run the bonus process: periodical updates and end of the year, with specific attention to ensuring integrity of data, business allocation, bonus reference, manager allocation, eligibility, etc.
- Prepare the end of the year bonus file, so that businesses can make their allocations within the approved pools. Running of the various analysis: performance correlation, business and internal grade consistency, bonus cap, MRT impact, etc
- Prepare the files needed for the businesses to make the salary reviews: eligibility, reviews recommended by matrix, budget calculation, junior progression and others.
- Support SLB Reward Manager with the implementation of bonus payment or salary reviews; preparation of files to be submitted to Payroll; prepare information to be uploaded in the Total Reward Statement tools; preparation of files to be used for communication letters.
- Prepare and maintain the database of information reporting to the Market Information supplier (McLagan or any other). Collaborate with Global Head of Reward reviewing
- Collaborate with the Global Head of Reward in the preparation of salary bands for all businesses. Support the analysis needed in terms of band positioning.
- Collaborate in the implementation of any global or SCIB centralised Reward programme.
- Prepare the specific reports needed from time to time by Global SCIB or by SCIB UK business partners, such as specific analysis of a business or function; reports of historical remuneration of specific employees or teams; specific market analysis; etc.
- Where needed, run additional analysis requested by the business or the Global Head of Reward….
- Preparation of reports required by Global SCIB: global data base (employment), diversity, attrition and any other.
- Preparation of the UK Non Financial Risk Metrics: attrition, disciplinary cases, analysis of terminations and work related accidents.
- Preparation of the data and slides to be reported in the HR update (bimonthly) at the SCIB UK ExCo and Unions biannual meetings: employment, attrition, etc.
- Preparation of the D&I KPIs quarterly report.
- Running of control of leavers, certifications/SMCR as per the procedures in place.
- Reporting of People related RAS KPIs in Heracles.
- Educated to Degree Level in Data/HR related field
- Work experience in HR data analysis
- Experience in participating in global/regional processes related with data
- Work experience in reward
- Experience in HR data analysis and consolidation
- Understanding of reward processes, such as salary reviews, marked data data analysis functions and
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
