  • Lead the Revenue Cloud Workstream as part of the Salesforce Global Instance implementation, ensuring consistent delivery across regions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business teams and IT, translating operational needs into scalable Salesforce solutions within Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and related modules.
  • Drive process definition and system configuration across key revenue operations areas such as quoting, pricing, contracts, billing, and order management.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design, validate, and deploy new CRM capabilities tied to revenue workflows.
  • Partner with the Global Salesforce CoE to ensure all design and delivery aligns with global standards and Salesforce best practices.
  • Support change management activities, including process documentation, stakeholder engagement, and end-user training.
  • Monitor solution adoption and identify opportunities for continuous improvement post go-live.
  • Collaborate closely with peers in the CRM team, such as the Salesforce Demand Manager and Solution Architect, to ensure seamless delivery across streams.

  • Proven experience implementing or managing Salesforce Revenue Cloud and/or Salesforce CPQ in a global or regional context.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce-related roles, particularly in Quote-to-Cash or Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, revenue operations, and business processes that drive commercial success.
  • Ability to lead workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into functional Salesforce designs.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across both business and technical domains.
  • Salesforce certifications in Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or Administrator are a strong plus.
  • Prior experience in large-scale CRM and CRM/ERP integrations, implementation projects is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
