- Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to understand the true needs behind each role, from skills to team dynamics.
- Review candidate applications and lead thoughtful screening conversations that go beyond surface-level assessments.
- Proactively source talent through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, Glassdoor, and others - and think creatively about new ways to connect with candidates.
- Research emerging talent trends and help identify new channels that resonate with diverse, high-potential candidates.
- Recommend and implement process improvements that make our hiring experience smoother, smarter, and more inclusive.
- Contribute to our employer branding efforts - from refining how we tell our story to supporting campaigns that highlight our values and culture.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by helping build strong, future-ready candidate pipelines and managing passive talent pools.
- Partner with People & Culture teams on projects related to hiring experience, reporting, and DEI initiatives.
- You're a recent graduate or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, and your university can provide an internship agreement.
- You're based in Barcelona or open to relocating for an exciting 6-month internship in one of Europe's most vibrant tech hubs.
- You communicate clearly and confidently in English, both written and spoken.
- You're proactive, organised, and not afraid to take initiative - you're ready to learn by doing and contribute from day one.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working independently, and are excited to grow within a collaborative, international team.
- You have previous experience in the field of People, ideally in recruitment.
