- Design and execute efficiency, automation, and digital transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Develop robust business cases to support change, grounded in data analysis and ROI
- Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across departments, countries, and seniority levels
- Monitor SOP compliance and champion continuous improvement practices
- Serve as the main point of contact for resolving operational challenges and bottlenecks
- Maintain clear documentation to support transparency, governance, and knowledge sharingposition requisitesFormación : Ingeniero Técnico: Técnico en Informática de SistemasConocimientos : oracle, confluence, jira, camco, stepExperiencia : 7 años- 7+ years of experience in logistics operations, preferably within warehouses, maritime logistics hubs, or other complex industrial environments
- Proven track record of delivering process improvements and measurable value
- Expertise in business case development and leading end-to-end implementations
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and comfort working in a global matrix organization
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Camco, or STEP is advantageous
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Prince2 are an advantage
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages (Dutch, Spanish, German, French) is a plus
