Founding Account Executive - DACH region (m/f/d)

- 104 days per year to be used anywhere (post-probation), following our 3:2 hybrid policy.
- Regular team events.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities through proactive outreach and account analysis
- Present JOIN’s product solutions in a compelling, value-driven way – in German and English
- Own your pipeline and ensure clean forecasting and CRM hygiene using Salesforce
- Anticipate churn risks early and implement strategies to secure customer retention
- Collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure clients receive maximum value
- Design and test outbound sales strategies tailored to your segment
- Lead cold-calling campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive meetings
- Document and iterate on best practices and outbound sales playbooks
- Analyse results to continuously improve your sales acumenWho you’ll work with
- Experience in the HR tech or recruitment industry
- Additional language skills
