Description: Ready to elevate your career and join a fast-growing team in the digital world?Join our dynamic team at TP Spain in vibrant Barcelona and work on an exciting project with Digital Marketing Ads — a game-changing tool for businesses everywhere!Purpose of the role:As a member of the TP team, you will be working on outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Local Services Ads.You will become a digital consultant, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team responsible for increasing the Client customer base across EMEA.Your responsibilities:Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails) per dayQualify leads and manage a well-organized sales pipeline.Identify business needs and recommend suitable advertising solutions.Assist clients through onboarding and verification steps.Learn and apply regional onboarding procedures.Help businesses submit required documentation accurately.Escalate issues and feedback appropriately.Contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Requirements: C2 level of French and C1 level of English (both written and spoken).At least 1,5 years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing roleFamiliarity with call center operations.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communicator in both written and spoken formats.Ability to work under deadlines and manage tasks independently.Comfortable using Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office tools.Bachelor’s degree in Business is a plus.Experience working in teams.General knowledge of home services industries.Desirable SkillsBachelor's degree in BusinessExperience working in a team environmentFamiliarity with home services, such as plumbing, locksmiths, electrical etc.Process Excellence: Systematically improving organizational processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and qualityCollaboration: Working effectively with others, sharing ideas and resources to achieve common goalsCommunication: Exchanging information, ideas, and messages between individuals or groups through various channels and mediums.Emotional Intelligence: Understanding and managing one's own emotions and the emotions of others to foster positive relationships and enhance the impact of actionsOpen Mindedness: Considering and appreciating diverse perspectives and ideas, fostering collaborationCritical Thinking: Evaluating information and arguments, leading to informed and effective decisions based on data insightsSolution Orientation: Approaching problems and challenges with a focus on finding practical and effective solutionsEntrepreneurship: Having a mindset characterized by innovation, creativity, risk-taking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification
