You will drive revenue and user adoption, win migrations, and ensure Akamai customers continue on the platform.Partner with the bestYou will align with product, marketing, sales, and partner teams to lead go-to-market strategies and sales plays. You will work with business development teams who drive Independent Software Vendors (ISV) adoption at your customers. Be a thought leader, and adept at responding to news, policy and regulation, challenges, and opportunities. Delivering regular reviews of assigned customer performance to managementAs an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:· Engaging with assigned customers, delivering valuable, proactive interactions and guidance appropriate to the customers' needs and goals· Managing opportunities through pipeline stages and forecast growth to the compute leadership· Owning relationships within the account to drive growth of the platform by adding services and new workloads· Identifying new features and platform changes that are required for expansion· Working with partners, both Systems Integrators (SI) and ISV to increase compute usage in your territory accounts· Driving long term commitments in exchange for usage growthDo what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:· Have demonstrated experience with Cloud compute products and services· Be passionate about building productive relationships with customers· Display an ethical approach to account management, show integrity and be able to uphold Akamai values· Demonstrate Akamai values of integrity, curiosity and urgency· Will be multilingual with fluency in English, and SpanishWork in a way that works for youFlexBase, Akamai's Global Flexible Working Program, is based on the principles that are helping us create the best workplace in the world.
