- Identify all outlets falling in the description above within the assigned territory
- Assign outlets to relevant outlet categories based on segmentation guidelines and record them through the CRM tool
- Visit outlets in the assigned territory based on call frequency established for the relevant outlet category
- Identify partnership opportunities with outlets in the assigned territory
- Working closely with the Account Manager and the distributor's sales team, identify distribution, pouting, and activation opportunities in the territory
- Negotiate pouring, distribution e activation agreements based on company guidelines
- Priority sales drivers (QDV3P) for relevant outlet categories are driven in line with minimum execution standards as defined by customer marketing.
- Promotional Activities for our brands are implemented detailed, in line with Diageo Europe activity calendar. Ad hoc incremental opportunities are identified
- In-outlet performance and execution levels are accurately supervised and measured in CRM system
- In case of non-compliance, identify and drive corrective actions.
- Working in coordination with the Account Manager of the territory in order to identify partnership opportunities with outlets served by wholesalers relevant for the RTC in the territory.
- Reporting line is to the Regional On Trade Manager, Reserve.
- Ability to manage the budget efficiently ensuring quota gain.

- Quick learner; In order to promote the broad portfolio of products in the most effective way, you need to be able to absorb skills and knowledge quickly
- Willingness to work evenings and nights on a regular basis
- 2-3 years of Sales Experience is a strong plus (On trade is the preferred channel)
- Proficiency in Spanish and sophisticated level of English
- Be based in Barcelona
