As a Talent Sourcer Intern, you'll support our team of recruiters with sourcing and talent attraction strategies.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Searching and headhunting candidates using Boolean search, job portals, LinkedIn, and internal CRM systems
  • Identifying and presenting qualified candidates based on experience and language skills
  • Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Writing and posting job advertisements on various platforms
  • Promoting job opportunities across social media and job boards
  • Supporting employer branding efforts through marketing and outreach activities
Additional responsibilities may include:
  • Managing company pages on social media (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Assisting with candidate communication and job application follow-ups
  • Supporting newsletter creation and email campaigns
  • Identifying new sourcing channels and outreach strategies
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to support cross-functional initiatives
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has professional-level English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Speaks Dutch, German, or a Scandinavian language-this is considered a strong plus
  • Is currently studying HR, Business, Psychology, Communication, or a related field
  • Is available for a full-time internship (3-6 months) and can work on-site in our Málaga office
  • Has strong communication and organizational skills
  • Is proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Has good time management and attention to detail
  • Can work independently as well as part of a team
