- Design and develop responsive web assets including landing pages, microsites, and campaign pages.
- Collaborate with performance, marketing, and content teams to create compelling visual experiences.
- Ensure web designs follow UX/UI best practices and are optimized for all devices and browsers.
- Work alongside developers to translate concepts into high-performing, pixel-perfect executions.
- Create and update graphics, banners, buttons, and other visual assets across digital channels.
- Support performance optimization by contributing to A/B tests and web performance enhancements.
- Maintain consistency across design systems and stay aligned with brand guidelines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in web design, preferably in a digital agency or high-velocity marketing environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile-responsive and UX-centered design work.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); motion design tools a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to facilitate developer collaboration.
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or custom systems.
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Bonus points for experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or familiarity with LATAM markets.
- Spanish fluency and professional-level English strongly preferred.
