- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, data analysis) to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Define the user experience vision for PIX4Dcatch. Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to illustrate and articulate product concepts.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes to test and validate design solutions. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and technical constraints.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into effective and elegant design solutions. The UX Designer will have to work closely as well with the counterparts UX of Pix4D Desktop and Cloud solution to ensure a great user experience through the Pix4D ecosystem.
- Design intuitive, visually appealing, and consistent user interfaces for the iOS platforms. We utilize Figma as the primary design tool throughout our process.
- Champion a user-centered design culture within the PIX4Dcatch team. Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to your work.
- 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably with a focus on mobile applications.
- Expertise in design and prototyping tools.
- A deep empathy for users and a passion for creating simple and delightful experiences from complex workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. The ability to articulate and defend design decisions based on user research and data.
- A proactive and independent individual who can manage their own projects and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with 3D visualization or complex data-heavy applications is nice to have.
- Knowledge of photogrammetry, LiDAR, or 3D modeling workflows is nice to have.
- Experience working in a multinational and multi-disciplinary team is nice to have.
- A forward-thinking designer with an interest in exploring how new technologies, including AI, can improve design efficiency and user experiences is nice to have.
- Proficient English language skills, written and spoken.
