- Owning brand marketing campaigns. You will plan, direct, and oversee campaigns that drive brand awareness and long-term brand equity across multiple channels.

- Overseeing the creative process. You will provide strategic direction to the team, ensuring that all creative assets are aligned with Lodgify's brand strategy, identity, and visual guidelines.
- Leading with vision and creativity. In a fast-moving, tech-driven world, you will set Lodgify apart by developing innovative brand campaigns that make a lasting impression and create an emotional foundation for the Lodgify brand.
- Collaborating and influencing. You will build strong relationships across departments and external partners to ensure alignment and amplify brand impact.
- Measuring and optimizing success. You will define KPIs, track performance, and adjust strategies to maximize reach, resonance, and relevance of the brand initiatives.
- Guiding and developing the team. You will manage, mentor, and empower your team to deliver high-quality creative and strategic work that consistently elevates the Lodgify brand.

- Have a proven track record. You bring experience leading brand marketing campaigns and building brand equity, ideally in tech or SaaS industries.

- 7+ years in brand marketing , with 3+ years managing and scaling marketing teams.
- Proven experience leading brand marketing campaigns and building brand equity, ideally in tech or SaaS companies.
- Strong leadership skills: able to mentor, guide, and inspire a team of up to 7 members.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
