That's why we need a Planning and Control CTS Controller like you.Your Role Mission will be to improve the efficiency of the Diagnostic division Technical Service (CTS), not only providing useful information but also suggesting actions.What your responsibilities will be
  • Ensure quality of investigated data:
1. Ad-hoc of correct booking in worlwide acoounting, affecting CTS.2. Sistematic check of engineers data entry quality in Servicemax.
  • Interactive and proactive reporting:
1. Monthly Profit & Loss and expenditure statements and explanations to each CTS Manager.2. Providing all set of KPIs and detailed work orders info as interactive tool for the Managers' guide.
  • Establishing spare-parts optimal supply chain processes:
1. Providing tools for the engineers to facilitate they tasks on buying storing and consuming spares.2. Analysis of productivity regarding Spare-Parts Management.
  • Lead agreed actions for continuous improvement:
1. Active follow up of necessary actions within the established projects.2. Sometimes leading those projects.Who you areTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration. Additional training related to technology is highly valued.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Strong experience in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Your English level is advanced.
  • Proficient in personal computer skills (eg, MS Office, Power BI, Salesforce, SAP, etc).
  • You have good communication skills.
  • You have analytical and precision skills.
  • You have the ability to work in a team.
  • Written, communication and influencing skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in Healthcare diagnostics or medical device industries is a plus.
  • You are available to travel (approximately 15%).
