Valuing our people is what makes us one global team, with our colleagues’ safety at the heart of our organization.We are looking for Experienced Project Manager for our Global Nacelle PMO department in Brande with experience in leading manufacturing projects within New Product Introduction, Technology Transfer and New Plant Set Up.The Project Manager will manage, lead, develop internal procedures to ensure that the project team achieves set goals in accordance with agreed timeline, budget and quality. Our project portfolio extends on global scale and will primarily consist of:
  • Planning and Executing New Factories
  • New Product Development & Introduction
  • Technology Transfer
We provide a highly complex and exiting working environment where we expect that the Project Manager is skilled in leading the constructive cooperation cross internal & external stakeholders.A high skill of communication is required for the ideal candidate for this position to manage the cooperation amongst the stakeholders, prepare reports and present to management.Key Role:
  • Lead New Product Development & Introduction.
  • Lead new factory set up with production line and technology transfers cross plants.
  • Preferably the candidate has prior experience in the Wind Manufacturing or similar industry.
  • Leading the feasibility, planning, development & execution of the project.
  • The PM is responsible to secure that the project deliverables are managed from the resources allocated to the project according to projects time schedule, quality and budget.
  • While the Project Manager does not have direct reports, she or he will lead a project team with resources allocated by various resource owners in the organization.

  • Mentor for younger experienced PMs (if qualified and needed)
Key tasks involve:
  • All project management activities from project scoping to handover.
  • Responsible for the overall success of the project, leading the project team, manage and reporting to Steering Committee and stakeholders.
  • Accountable for approved OPEX and CAPEX budget (double digit mEUR)
  • Negotiate resources allocation to the project.
  • Facilitate project team (project size around 20-60 people) and stakeholder meetings & workshops.
  • Set up planning & reporting structure for tracking & following up on the progress of the project.
What you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change with following requirements:
  • Engineer or person with a technical background, or equivalent experience within industry.
  • Experienced Project Management background. People management would be a plus as well as IPMA-C/B certification or similar.
  • Fluent in English as we are a Global function.
  • Solid communication skills to manage communication cross complex organization and stakeholders
  • Able to co-operate across different cultures and personalities.
  • Energetic with follow-through attitude.
  • Structured and able to multitask in good order.
  • Willing to travel as needed which will be aprox 2-4 month per year (intensified during installation and Start of Production).
It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations.
