Join our winning team of Wave Makers and Go Getters and help us write the next chapter in the SCJ story.Associate Manager, Sales Account ManagementLocation : Madrid - SpainROLE SUMMARYResponsible for the management of specific Accounts within the Spanish trade including trade term, assortment & promo negotiation, analysis and presentation of products.RESPONSIBILITIESSelling our products to the Spanish trade partnersPrepare and present sales proposals, pricing agreements, and contracts to key accounts, negotiating terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomesManagement customer P&L.Preparation and realization of year-end talks within agreed budgetsDevelopment and implementation of the annual business plan according to the customer's commercial strategic pillarsCustomer's performance monitoring, preparation and execution of course correction action plansPreparation and handling of presentations to the customer of new products, promotions, etc.Market analysis, competitor research, and periodic reporting to senior management on sales performance and the evolution of different channels.Daily operative management of the customerREQUIREMENTSDegree level education or equivalent, emphasis on Sales & MarketingCommercial background with at least 3 years in Commercial experience (ideally a combination of Sales and Customer Marketing/Marketing)Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Fluent in English and SpanishUnderstanding and knowledge of the Spanish & European retail environmentExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.Ability to drive for results with high degree of autonomy, initiative and speed.Strong communicator and team worker, able to build relationships at all levels and across function in an ambiguous environmentAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslySolid analytic skillsAvailability to travel 50% of the time.What We Offer:A dynamic and inclusive work environment within a global company.Exposure to strategic and operational aspects of sales and business development.Opportunities for professional growth and development.The chance to contribute to the growth of a very important business area.This is what we offer you:In addition to a competitive salary, we offer an autonomous and flexible work culture, great development and advancement opportunities, and a highly collaborative team environment with the chance to make a difference.You'll also benefit from a true team spirit, our diversity and integrity-driven culture, a flexible home office policy, as well as conventions and various company events at a Great Place To Work certified employer.You need to be eligible to work in the country of application.This role is not eligible for relocation.
