Number13279SharemoreIn the frame of our strongly growing Systems business, the delivery of Integrated Logistic Support is of great importance in order to comply with our Customers' program requirements. For these reasons, in order to secure the contractual commitments with our customers on the current and future development Programs, it is of paramount importance to increase the capacity of our ILS technical team. The RAMS/LSA Engineer will provide technical expertise (RAMS and LSA Analysis) for current and future strategic Company Programs. The task wil be carried out from our office in Madrid.Your tasks
  • Define and develop RAMS/LSA WorkPackages, in compliance with overall Project Planning. - Perform RAMS Analysis such as FMECA, Maintainability Analysis, Availability calculations and Safety assessments.
  • Perform Life Cycle Costs (LCC) calculations.
  • Conducting logistical analyses according to standards such as MIL-STD-1388-B or ASD 3000L for extensive projects.
  • Clarification and coordination of customer specifications regarding international standards (MIL-STD-1388, DEF-STAN-0060, ASD S3000L).
  • Scheduling and cost control for the work packages to be delivered
  • Supporting ILS project managers in implementing service requirements in customer projects.
  • Identification of spare parts and creation of spare parts concepts.
  • Coordination with System Engineering & Design regarding the fulfillment of logistical requirements for the system to be created (extensive systems).
  • Recording of comprehensive technical relationships within the scope of his/her activities.

  • Studies in Engineering, or comparable technical course of study
  • Ability to communicate with different Stakeholders on technical topics
  • Knowledge of ILS end-to-end process and standards
  • Specific Knowledge of LSA Process according to MIL-STD-1388 and/or S3000L
  • Ideally, basic knowledge of Material Management processes and standards (e.g. S2000M)
  • Initial Project management experience matured in ILS projects
  • Very good MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Knowledge of the RAMS and LSA tools (e.g. RAM Commander, Eagle, …)
  • Reliable and structured way of working
  • Ability to work in team, take the initiative and propose solutions
  • Fluent in English languages (written and spoken)
