  • Main objectives, supervision of commercial teams (DFM's), implementation of commercial and marketing strategies, optimisation of operations, to ensure the best operational efficiency through management, analysis and reporting, to analyse performance data to adjust strategies and finally Staff development, to encourage professional development and identify training needs and promote a suitable working environment (worklife balance).
Defintion, validation, implementation and follow up of Strategic plan and resoruces deployments in the area mostly driven by a clear consumer focus with a 2-3 years term view * Participation and co-creation in the development of the strategy plan
  • Responsible for the achievement and monitoring of the sales, distribution and visibility/merchandising objectives set for your area. Flexibility and a proactive mentality
  • Periodically plan and analyse sales data, distribution, GWP, Visibility and the different KPI's, routes and special actions of the different areas, evaluating their optimal level of results and their compliance, at the same time managing the strategic plan of the area and the regional plan.
At the same time she/he must supervise and assist in the development of the different plans and actions of his/her team, recommending to the Field Director the necessary changes to ensure the results and the strategy of the company, as well as the ROI and the best optimisation of the resources * Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.   • Coordinate and direct all sales actions in your area, establishing the necessary priorities throughout the year to ensure their success, as well as identifying and resolving operational and sales problems that may arise Collaborate with other departments and maintain a continuous, effective and transparent communication and between the different AFM's of the company
Leading FMCG company Leadership roleGraduate and MBA (desirable)At least 5 years of sales experience in FMCG, 3 of them managing sales teamsAdvanced Spanish and EnglishLeadership, communication, problem solving and emotional intelligence and adaptability skills
Preferably knowledge of marketing and ability to understand data and interpret market data
Ability to manage sales and commercial strategies and anticipation
Knowledge of the sector and the industry (preferably) and handling of technological tools (CRM..)
