- Driving data-backed pricing strategies based on strategic indices and heuristic scorecards.
- Optimising promotions to ensure they are fully funded, ROI-positive and aligned with joint business priorities.
- Crafting consumer-led assortment decisions, improving triple-win outcomes.
- Governing Trade Investment (TI) with a performance-driven, “more-for-more” approach.
- Partner with Customer Marketing to build the activation calendar for Off Trade channels, providing price and promo guardrails per segment.
- Collaborate with Channel Directors to execute the plan and identify revenue and margin growth opportunities across price, promo, pack and channel.
- Govern and supervise Trade Promotional spend to ensure full visibility, pre-approval and post-evaluation of initiatives.
- Support the development of business cases for key investments, using data and insights to drive Return of Investment (ROI).
- Participate in the design and implementation of the One Commercial Plan, aligning with brand, customer and category strategies.
- Build and lead a knowledge bank of RGM growth drivers and continuously improve capability and performance.
- Lead key NRM projects to unlock incremental value and scale winning practices across markets.
- Champion the use of data, process and tools to support effective decision-making and embed commercial discipline in customer investment.
- 3–5 years of experience in RGM, commercial finance, or customer marketing
- Experience in Off Trade channels and FMCG preferred
- Strong analytical mentality and commercial competence
- Experience with investment evaluation, P&L thinking and Return of Investment modelling
- Excellent project management and time prioritisation
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional collaborators
- Proficient in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
