No two days are the same. You will work with Global Tech teams, Implementation and Customer Success to provide world-class support to our clients while helping them resolve their Enterprise EeTime and Workforce Manager related issues.To thrive in this role you will act as a trusted advisor to the clients by understanding their need at hand and help them to effectively use their system by providing support and guidance. You’ll also need strong written and verbal communication skills to be a reactive problem-solver with analytical skills ensuring seamless communication and client satisfaction by aligning services with client expectations.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Here's what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a Technical Support Consultant at ADP.- Interpret client needs through discovery and analysis.- Provide solutions in a timeframe that meets the client’s expectations or a workaround if the permanent solution is not rapidly available.- Service Monitoring to ensure they meet agreed-upon standards and identify areas for improvement- Increase their expertise understand how our products can meet the client needs and highlight the value of these products and services.- Collaboration work with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and effective collaboration.- Answer questions and concerns raised by the client and suggesting the best approach to resolve them.- Contribute to the team’s knowledge and process improvement.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:- You are a natural problem solver with strong organizational and time management skills.- You have experience providing remote technical support to clients.- You have a strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.- You are naturally helpful.
