Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Intercompany ManagementManage orders placed by Klüber Group companiesConfirm delivery deadlines in close coordination with Planning, Laboratory, Shipping, Logistics, and Purchasing (raw materials)Oversee transportation processes including cost/time consultations, delivery delays, and POD (Proof of Delivery) requestsRecord pricing data in the system based on inputs from the Controlling departmentCoordinate the shipment of intercompany samplesHandle intercompany invoicing processesPrepare internal reports on a regular or ad hoc basisIEC – Import / Export / CustomsEnsure full compliance with current import-export and customs legislationReview and maintain documentation for import/export activitiesPrepare necessary documents for customs declarationsServe as the point of contact for freight forwarders, customs agents, and authoritiesManage LTSDs requested by KLM on a case-by-case basisQualifications:Degree in Logistics, Customer Service, International Trade, or a related field is preferred but not requiredMinimum of 5 years’ experience in Import & Export operationsProven experience in managing teamsFluency in Spanish (C1 level) and advanced English skills (min.
