- Leading execution team of each project and all stages of the project (identify necessary resources and define responsibilities of the project team).
- Review technical documentation to optimize the solution and assure the customer requirement compliance.
- Review and take decisions on technical comments raised by the customer.
- Lead kick off meetings with customer, factories, and subcontractors.
- Monitor and control projects progress to ensure the on-time delivery of the projects. Using tracking board tools and take pro-active decisions and actions to prevent any slippages.
- Ensure full & effective reporting of project progress & status to management.
- Risks & Opportunities analysis, identifying, mitigating, and controlling any potential situations that could impact (negatively or positively) the performance of the project.
- Leading customer communication. Meet customer requirements applicable to the implementation of projects to control and increase their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with purchasing department in the negotiation of subcontracts, with consequent negotiation of terms, quality and price in each of projects that are executed.
- Interlocution with international factories of group.
- As interlocutor with subcontractors during execution of the project, monitorization in terms of delivery time (lead time), cost and quality.
- Obtain margin improvements and results budgeted in the projects and issues under your responsibility.
- Run regular Project reviews and provide best estimates of margin at completion.
- Variation Order & Claim process for both Customer and main suppliers. Obtain Variation Orders for any deviation from the contractual scope.
- Manage project closure and transfer to Field Services team.
- Technical Engineer or Bachelor of Engineering focused on Electrical Distribution.
- Valuable PMI/ Project Management Certifications
- Engineering and execution on Electrical Distribution Substation.
- Project Management.
- Knowledge and experience in execution of MV / LV electrical installations
- Knowledge in protection and control systems applied to Electrical Distribution Systems.
- Valuable experience in Datacenter applications.
- Leadership skills: team management and team player.
- Customer and results orientation.
- Self-organized and with high analytical thinking.
