- Ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets.
- Identify opportunities in new market niches.
- Generate and manage projects in the internal system, from initiation to closure.
- Collect and share customer feedback on samples and products.
- Coordinate marketing presentations and market studies.
- Organize technical and commercial visits between clients and Symrise research centers.
- Negotiate prices and contracts, ensuring compliance with commercial policy.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitors.
- Prepare activity reports, sales forecasts, and meeting summaries.
- Manage relationships with local distributors to drive joint business.
- University degree in Food Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- Immediate availability (maximum 3 months from hiring).
- Knowledge of food ingredients. Experience and/or knowledge of flavors is highly valued.
- Experience in categories such as confectionery, savory products, and dairy.
- Technical profiles with commercial vision looking to transition into sales are welcome.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level).
- Strong adaptability, fast learning, and teamwork skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret market and sales data.
- Proficient in digital tools (MS Office, Chat GPT).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
