Job Description:Data Center Systems Digital Program ManagerLocation: Sant Boi, Spain EmploymentAbout the RoleWe are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Digital Program Manager to lead the development and execution of digital tools that power our Data Center Solutions (DCS) business. This role is critical to enabling growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction through the modernization and Integration of digital platforms across the sales, design, and delivery lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership· Own and evolve the DCS digital tools roadmap.· Drive modernization initiatives including UI/UX upgrades, cybersecurity, and platform integration.· Collaborate with global stakeholders across Sales, Tendering, R&D, Engineering, and Software teams.Tool Development & Management· Oversee the lifecycle of key tools such as:· Modular Data Center Designer· 3-Phase UPS Configurator· Product Selectors & Specification Tools· Cost Estimators and Vendor Quote Management· Pipeline Management Portal· Ensure seamless integration with ERP, quotation, and pricing systems.Operational Excellence· Manage master data, pricing constants, and cost structures across global regions.· Enable automation of cost updates and support multicurrency quoting.· Maintain dashboards and KPIs for pipeline visibility and performance tracking.Process & Data Governance· Administer logic for product configuration, selection, and quoting.· Ensure data accuracy and compliance across tools and systems.· Lead change management and adoption of new digital capabilities.Stakeholder Engagement· Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.· Facilitate training and enablement for internal and external users.· Support partner ecosystems including distributors, OEMs, and consulting engineers.QualificationsRequired:· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.· 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, product management, or enterprise tool development.· Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, modular systems, and UPS technologies.· Experience with ERP, quotation, and enterprise integration platforms.Preferred:· Familiarity with Schneider Electric tools and platforms (e.g., EcoStruxure, Oracle, PriceFX).· Experience in cost estimation, BOM/BOQ management, and vendor quote workflows.· Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and compliance frameworks.Skills & Competencies· Strategic thinking and roadmap planning· Project and program management· Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement· Data governance and process optimization· Technical fluency in digital tools and platforms· Excellent communication and presentation skillsWhat We Offer· Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses· Comprehensive benefits package· Flexible work arrangements· Opportunities for global collaboration and career growthReady to shape the future of digital infrastructure in data centers?
