That's why we offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs designed to set you on your way to the kind of career you've always envisioned.What you will do in this roleAs a Fashion Support Consultant on our team, you will:- Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other automated alerts) and solve users' demands.- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.- Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.- Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor.
