This role is perfect for someone with a background in interior design or high-end retail who thrives in a consultative sales environment and enjoys creating exceptional customer experiences.You’ll be at the heart of a new international venture, helping to shape a unique showroom experience for trade and retail clients. With full training provided and clear opportunities for progression, this is a great time to join a fast-growing and ambitious team.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the showroom, ensuring everything is ready for customers and operating smoothly
  • Welcome clients – both trade and consumer – and provide a personalised, professional service
  • Build lasting relationships with industry professionals and guide them through the product range and purchasing process
  • Support lead generation by identifying and nurturing new contacts within the design, property, and architectural sectors
  • Organise and host events for design professionals, working closely with the wider marketing team to create engaging experiences
  • Help ensure showroom targets and sales goals are met through proactive engagement and follow-up
What We’re Looking For:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Ideally an interior design or design-focused background
  • A confident, proactive approach to building relationships and closing sales
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with wider team goals
  • Comfortable with occasional travel to the UK for training and collaboration
