You will lead strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement, executive visibility, and brand consistency, while managing crisis communications and agency relationships.What Youll Need to SucceedBachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. 8-10+ years of experience in corporate or regional communications within an international environment. Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English other European languages are a plus. Strong project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in executive communications and presentation development. Proven ability to lead internal communications aligned with company values. Experience working with international teams and external agencies. Event planning and management experience. A hands-on, adaptable approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.
