- Solution Selling: Conduct needs assessments and present customized AI solutions that align with client requirements, demonstrating the value and ROI of our offerings and following up on leads until conversion
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process doing active customer prospecting, making calls and visits, and closing; ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in SaaS.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience with large accounts.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish.
- Self-motivated, ambitiuous, with ability to take action, perseverant, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment and generate business opportunities
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness and ability to travel to meet customers
- Experience in Healthcare sector
- Understanding of AI technologies business applications and ability to communicate their value
- Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Step 1: Interview with HR - 60 min
- Step 2: Interview with Hiring Manager - 60 min
- Step 3: BC - few days to prepare it
- Step 4: Interview and Business case presentation with the Country Manager and Noa’s team- 60 min
