  • Process mining is an innovative, data-driven technique that leverages real-world IT system logs to reveal valuable insights, map out how business processes operate, and uncover opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness - allowing you to make a tangible impact on organizational success.
  • As a Process Mining Champion Trainee, you will develop the skills to assess business processes for potential, uncover optimization opportunities, and guide teams in applying data-driven solutions to drive meaningful improvements.
  • Our 18-month Digital Trainee Programme will give you insights into the various activities that take place in the Digital Hub Madrid, offering you a 6-month internship to learn plus 12-month additional training contract to start your career.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of unit-specific and cross-unit tasks.
  • You will be assigned to four rotations, lasting approximately five months each.
  • You will also get the opportunity to do an all-expense paid rotation in Germany, to expand your network and further develop your intercultural skills.
REQUIREMENTSWe are looking for committed interns/trainees who want to continue gaining knowledge and developing professional skills such as communication, who set challenging goals for themselves, and tackle challenges with an open mind.We have the following minimum requirements:
  • Degree: Currently completing a Master's degree in one of the following fields: Industrial/Business Engineering, Technology and/or Management, Data Science, Mathematics or similar
  • Value Engineering Mindset: Interest in learning how to identify and quantify value opportunities in business processes.
  • Data, Analytics, Application & IT: Familiarity with Business Software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP). Basic experience in BI tools (e.g., Power BI), or developing Dashboards/Action Flows. Knowledge of Python and/or SQL for data analysis and process automation. Ability to work with datasets, interpret trends, and derive actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Knowledge of project management fundamentals, including planning, managing scope, setting expectations, and adhering to timelines. Preferably familiar with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
  • Communication skills: excellent communication and presentation skills in English (fluent)
  • Curiosity and Growth Orientation: Eagerness to learn new tools, methodologies, and business domains. Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.

  • Business Domain Knowledge: Understanding of supply chain processes (e.g., order-to-cash, procurement, inventory management).
