
Product Delivery Lead - Group Accumulation Management (GAM-IT)

- Support delivery of key IT products in the Group Accumulation Management space, with focus on REDS (Risk Exposure Data Services).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, modelers and developers to shape, refine, and prioritize the delivery backlog.
- Act as a Business Analyst within the squad, translating business objectives into clear user stories and delivery artifacts, and ensuring they are actionable and aligned with platform strategy.
- Write and refine user stories based on business requirements, present them for estimation, and break them into smaller, deliverable chunks.
- Lead key Scrum ceremonies such as backlog refinement and sprint planning, ensuring alignment across business and technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate onboarding and integration of Zurich Business Units into the platform, ensuring alignment, data quality and continuity - in close collaboration with the PO and technical teams.
- Support release planning and validation activities, ensuring user stories are delivered end-to-end with focus on performance, security and business value.
- Offer functional consulting to internal consumers and data providers of the REDS platform.
- Champion platform consistency and long-term sustainability, working closely with Engineering and Group Risk.
- Contribute to the standardization of cross-functional processes across GAM product streams.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate a matrixed organization with multiple senior stakeholders.
- Experience in APIs, platform adoption or data exchange flows, ideally within the insurance or finance industry.
- Strong track record in agile product delivery, especially in technical environments (e.g. microservices, platform migrations).
- Confidence in acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, with a consultative mindset.
- Fluency in English (Spanish or other languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Wiki, SharePoint, and documentation best practices.
- Background in coordinating UATs, releases, and performance/security validations.
- Experience in writing and refining user stories, facilitating estimation and incremental delivery.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, with ownership and adaptability.
- Familiarity with data platforms, risk modelling, or insurance domain knowledge.
- Experience with incident management and service operations.
