- End-to-End Sales: Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
- Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers through outbound strategies and lead follow-up.
- Solution Selling: Deliver compelling demos and proposals tailored to each prospect’s needs.
- Sales and Negotiation: Drive revenue growth by negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction with Qatium’s solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Reporting and Insights: Provide regular updates on prospecting and account performance, client feedback, and opportunities for improvement to senior management.
- Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to offer valuable insights to clients.
- Experience: 5+ years in full-cycle sales roles, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech.
- Expertise: Strong track record in consultative or solution-based selling.
- Education: Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English and Spanish, other languages are a plus.
- Mindset: Growth-oriented, resourceful, and driven by impact.
- Availability to Travel: Occasional travel may be required to meet clients, attend industry events, or conduct workshops.
- Tech-Savviness: Comfortable working with modern cloud-based platforms, talking about APIs, and integration workflows.
