- International Financial Management: Coordinate financial operations across subsidiaries in various countries, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with corporate financial goals.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making at an international level.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations; monitor regulatory changes that may impact the business.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks internationally, implementing appropriate measures to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities.
- Budgeting & Planning: Contribute to the preparation of international budgets and long-term financial plans, optimizing resource allocation.
- International Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between subsidiaries and headquarters, fostering effective communication and alignment on financial processes and standards.
- Treasury Management: Oversee treasury activities including cash management, investments, and financing across international operations.
- Team Support & Development: Support and contribute to the development of multicultural finance teams, helping to ensure operational objectives are met and fostering professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering with a business specialization.
- High level of proficiency in English.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong technical expertise in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and financial software/tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to interact with managers across multiple departments and countries.
- Experience in a multinational environment, working across multiple international affiliates.
