Your Mission:As International Controlling Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and overseeing financial operations across the Group's international subsidiaries, ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment with global financial objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  • International Financial Management: Coordinate financial operations across subsidiaries in various countries, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with corporate financial goals.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making at an international level.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations; monitor regulatory changes that may impact the business.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks internationally, implementing appropriate measures to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities.
  • Budgeting & Planning: Contribute to the preparation of international budgets and long-term financial plans, optimizing resource allocation.
  • International Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between subsidiaries and headquarters, fostering effective communication and alignment on financial processes and standards.
  • Treasury Management: Oversee treasury activities including cash management, investments, and financing across international operations.
  • Team Support & Development: Support and contribute to the development of multicultural finance teams, helping to ensure operational objectives are met and fostering professional growth.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering with a business specialization.
  • High level of proficiency in English.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong technical expertise in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and financial software/tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to interact with managers across multiple departments and countries.
  • Experience in a multinational environment, working across multiple international affiliates.
