- Meet or exceed sales goals through account development, upselling, and cross-selling within existing client accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans to deepen client relationships, ensure renewals, and identify growth opportunities.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers to drive client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and provide timely sales forecasts, leveraging market insights and data analysis.
- Deliver compelling presentations and lead contract negotiations to close deals and secure renewals or expanded engagements.
- Work closely with Client Success Managers and internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and strategic alignment.
- At least 3 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets and growing client relationships in a B2B environment.
- Skill in using CRM systems, ideally MS Dynamics 365, along with sales tools for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Catalan is a strong plus.
- Understanding of relevant industry trends and client needs; prior experience in the communication skills or learning & development sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
