Job Description Summary Location: Barcelona, Spain #LI-HybrideAbout the role: This role drives the digital transformation of the Business Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function into a data and AI/ML-driven advanced analytics and value-creation powerhouse. The Global Manager Digital Finance (GMDF) shapes the way Finance/BPA supports our business using AI, ML & digital. This includes project management, process and organizational design and reengineering, and identifying and managing interdependencies with other digital initiatives throughout the company (e.g. market access & pricing, commercial functions, production/supply chain, the corporate digital office, etc.) The GMDF takes an active part in orchestrating the development and implementation of AI/ML-powered components for financial forecasting and planning, marketing and sales-related data science analytics. The role is accountable for the execution of assigned projects, driving change across the organization, including transformational activities, and coordination with business to maximize impact of digital solutions. Without being a technology expert, the GMDF is partnering with data scientists, software and data engineers and visualization experts to build digital business solutionsYour responsibilities will be but are not limited to:Job DescriptionCo-develops vision and supports prioritization of new AI-/decision-making tools in close alignment with the BPA/Finance functions of different business unitsOwns selected AI/ML products and heads their design, development and implementation by orchestrating the right resources across data science and visualization experts.
