Optimization of internal processes. Active intervention in business development. Follow-up and management of claims in international programs. Data recording/analysis, use and development of computerized management and reporting tools.Resource requirements:
  • Technical training (MSc Civil Engineering preferred).
  • High level of English and Spanish.
  • Management skills.
  • Analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial orientation.
  • Availability to travel.
  • 15 years of experience in the insurance sector (Loss Adjusting or Claims Management preferred).
  • Office automation skills.
