- Analysis of the company´s performance, market and business trends
- Preparation of quarterly financial reporting materials including results presentations and other related materials
- Contribution to the Annual Integrated Report
- Staying abreast of regulatory requirements for financial reporting and disclosure to ensure compliance
- Preparation of other investor relations presentations for investor conferences, investor days, etc.
- Prepare and present regular and ad-hoc reports on the company's financial and share price performance, industry benchmarks, investor perceptions and market trends
- Conduct research on industry peers and competitors to benchmark performance and identify areas for improvement
- Digest and review equity research on Fluidra and the wider sector
- Support managing analyst consensus
- Address inquiries and requests from investors and analysts promptly and professionally
- Assist in the planning and execution of investor relations events, including annual meetings and keeping record of meetings
- Participate in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging
- Support managing the Shareholder and Investor section of the website
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.
- Proven experience 3-4 years in investor relations, M&A advisory, investment banking or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
