We have more than 135 sales branches and more than 35 production centers around the world, in addition to strategically distributed logistics hubs that support our production and distribution centers.Our team is comprised of more than 7,000 employees motivated and skilled employees from over 45 countries.Mission:The Investor Relations team plays a crucial role in communicating the company's performance to the investment community and maintaining strong relationships with investors and equity analysts.The Investor Relations analyst will be a key pillar in the team, helping to articulate the Fluidra story and prepare thorough financial analysis in preparation for communication with the investment community.Your responsibilities:Reporting
  • Analysis of the company´s performance, market and business trends
  • Preparation of quarterly financial reporting materials including results presentations and other related materials
  • Contribution to the Annual Integrated Report
  • Staying abreast of regulatory requirements for financial reporting and disclosure to ensure compliance
  • Preparation of other investor relations presentations for investor conferences, investor days, etc.
Market and competitive analysis:
  • Prepare and present regular and ad-hoc reports on the company's financial and share price performance, industry benchmarks, investor perceptions and market trends
  • Conduct research on industry peers and competitors to benchmark performance and identify areas for improvement
Communication with analysts:
  • Digest and review equity research on Fluidra and the wider sector
  • Support managing analyst consensus
  • Address inquiries and requests from investors and analysts promptly and professionally
Investor Meetings and Events:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of investor relations events, including annual meetings and keeping record of meetings
  • Participate in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging
Other
  • Support managing the Shareholder and Investor section of the website
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.
  • Proven experience 3-4 years in investor relations, M&A advisory, investment banking or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
