Relocation Support: Up to 500 for flight + assistance in finding accommodationCross Border Talents is hiring an Account Manager to join an international team in Málaga, supporting one of the worlds leading financial services brands.This is a client-facing role focused on long-term relationship management and portfolio growth within the German SME market.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of SME clients, focusing on retention and growth
  • Identify client needs and deliver tailored AMEX solutions
  • Proactively develop your sales pipeline and exceed growth targets
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers
  • Understand client risks and opportunities to maximize value
Profile Were Looking For:
  • Native German speaker with fluent English (B2+)
  • Experience working in or with the German market
  • Strong organization, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Sales or account management background is a plus
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Offer Summary:
  • Base salary: 18,461/year + 6,000+ in benefits
  • Standard working hours: 39h/week
