- Manage a portfolio of SME clients, focusing on retention and growth
- Identify client needs and deliver tailored AMEX solutions
- Proactively develop your sales pipeline and exceed growth targets
- Build strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers
- Understand client risks and opportunities to maximize value
- Native German speaker with fluent English (B2+)
- Experience working in or with the German market
- Strong organization, negotiation, and communication skills
- Sales or account management background is a plus
- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Base salary: 18,461/year + 6,000+ in benefits
- Standard working hours: 39h/week
