- Design visually engaging, responsive, and brand-consistent emails, push notifications, and in-app messages.
- Collaborate with CRM managers, copywriters, and local teams to turn campaign goals into effective, user-centred visuals.
- Ensure consistency and accessibility by following brand guidelines and CRM best practices across all touchpoints.
- Partner with developers to bring dynamic content, personalization, and interactive features to life.
- Apply basic HTML and CSS knowledge to adjust our designs and adapt them to CRM tools.
- Use A/B testing and performance data to iterate and improve design effectiveness.
- Contribute to the evolution of our internal design system to scale quality and streamline production.
- Work closely with other design teams (Core, Brand, Product) to maintain a cohesive visual language across the full user journey.
- A strong portfolio that highlights your visual design skills and creative thinking in CRM.
- Proven experience using design tools like Figma.
- Hands-on experience or strong understanding of CRM strategy, email marketing, and UX principles.
- A collaborative mindset with clear communication and team spirit.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced settings.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and interest in responsive email and CRM design.
- Familiarity with ESPs like Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot is a plus.
