People & Office Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

- Own full-lifecycle recruiting process, including scheduling, interviewing, candidate assessment and management, offer, negotiation, and acceptance
- Execute onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support on Payroll and Benefits management
- Assist in organizing office events and celebrations
- Support the smooth running of the office ( maintenance of equipment inventory, scheduled maintenance, and office supplies stock.
- Be a go-to point of contact for employee queries on HR processes and office matters.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, office management, or a similar people-oriented coordination role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude with great communication skills.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working with different teams.
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Spanish is a plus).
