- Research & Prospecting: Research and gather information on potential clients to identify and qualify business opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Use sales and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.) to manage the flow of leads, ensuring data accuracy through regular cleansing.
- Lead Qualification: Perform initial lead qualification based on basic criteria (e.g., industry, company size, relevance).
- Sales Support: Coordinate meetings, manage the commercial team's agenda, and assist in creating sales materials (presentations, client sheets).
- Event Prospecting: Identify opportunities prior to events/conferences to coordinate meetings.
- Analysis & Reporting: Generate basic sales reports (activity, lead tracking, campaign results), support in sales KPI reports for management, and monitor CRM interactions to ensure traceability and data quality.
- Outreach: Participate in outbound prospecting initiatives and follow-up on inbounds and demo requests.
- Visibility: Represent Qatium at international events, generating leads and brand visibility.
- Process Improvement: Support the continuous improvement of internal sales and CRM processes.
- Location: Based in Spain.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
- Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Fluent in English/Spanish. Other languages are a plus.
