- You are responsible for leading and motivating the sales development team to achieve the set goals.
- You will develop strategies and tactics to improve and increase sales opportunities.
- You will implement processes and best practices for consistent and effective lead generation and qualification.
- You will identify market trends and regularly review and analyze sales data to improve the effectiveness of the sales process.
- You are responsible for analyzing data and reporting on the performance of your team and their progress.
- You will regularly create sales reports and presentations for our Senior Management to discuss progress and challenges.
- In particular, you maintain close collaboration with marketing, commercial and channel sales.
- You work remotely and/or at one of our locations in Germany.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or sales development, ideally in the SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated track record of leading teams and achieving sales goals.
- Experience in implementing sales development processes and strategies.
- Experience with data analysis tools and reporting, ideally Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- High willingness to learn and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and methods.
- Fluent in English. Good skills in Spanish, French, Dutch or German are a plus!.
